"I think I smell it."
Yes, less legal problem to use professional recommendations. Sources are given in first part, what part came from which one was not stated. I try to avoid making personnel opinion statements about medical treatment, too many sue happy lawyers for me to give undocumented advice.

Where personnel opinion is more acceptable, I will give my opinion, otherwise you can count on seeing quotes from a reasonable source. I really need to attribute them better.

Hold on... I don't see the point of this page. Yes, it's useful and all, but don't we already cover all of this in like, all of the other pages?

The only way I can see this working is under the title "Equipment needed for a basic improvised hospital" (ones that takes a few hours to set up and take down. :S )

"Didnt it quote sources at the top?"
I believe that was me who did that. He had the websites down, but never stated them as sources. Which was the first boo boo he made. I Labeled them as sources and alakazam! fixed.

Technically it is not plagiarism, at least according to the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary. Plagiarize is:
1. to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own
* I had no intention to pass off this information as my own
2. to use (another's production) without crediting the source
* Source was credited, not the style or standard that some would accept.
3. to commit literary theft
* Seems to relate to fiction only
4. to present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source.
* See 1 and 2 above.

byates, plagiarism is a very gray topic. You are sitting in dangerous territory with the article, and it only takes a little twisting.

As good as your intentions were, it does not change the fact that someone somewhere out there over the rainbow will consider it plagiarism. Kay?

Just be careful and try to be 100% clear and study the most common ways of citing sources. Trust me, It helps.

It’s not plagiarism if you present your sources, considering the material type.
Now, about that cleanup that I forgot to do…

On a related note: Three of the sources were public agencies (Red Cross, FEMA for whatever they’re useful for I know I don’t have any use for them, and CDC) and therefore can not claim copyright. Do you find this valuable?

The validity of those groups is questionable, however the information on the sites is useful.

I have added more sources for medical treatment

i don't think any one will mind your copy and paste of an official source more than they would if you had made it up. (giving fake medical advice pisses people off alot) Do you find this valuable?
