greenhouse... you can grow food virtually anywhere as long as you are not too high above sea-level and have a green house. Do you find this valuable?

block island, rhode island, USA. Search for it on google earth. And jack, it's probably too cold up there for half the season and not enough land area to grow enough for the cold season. Do you find this valuable?

a greenhouse is solar-powered... as long as there is sun, it can be warm in there. That's the point of the green house. to be able to grow plants all-year,

Not to mention green houses can be built in ways that maximize the area exposed to the sun. Like a south-facing man made terrace.

Uhhh... Iceland is warm and green. It was called iceland by early settlers to discourage immigration to their new home. Its Greenland that is nasty and cold all year. Are you *sure* you actually live in Iceland? 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

That's immediately what I thought when I read this post. Iceland = land of green. Greenland = land of ice. It's like how they named America 'America' and not 'Vespuccia' (the mapmaker was Amerigo Vespucci, but he didn't know the basics of English naming and named it after his first name. Now you know, and knowing's half the battle! (G.I. Joe theme song))

You could just focus on fishing and livestock like the country does now? Do you find this valuable?

I'm skeptical as to if this is a real post. Iceland is a rather nice place. You can grow food in much of it and there is probably also livestock raised there. Not to sure but I'm willing to guess.

And if it is real, then get the materials to build a green house. My high school had one and it was tropically hot even in the cold winter. Thats what green houses are made for.

Somebody has been watching too many national geo explorer specials about the rocky barren sections with the sulfur springs and such me thinks. Or was the bjork sex tape? I'm confused lol 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
