Even then I wouldn't be convinced that all churches would keep out evil, many seem to do a poor job now. Do you find this valuable? |

Pass the ammo.” Clinically, a Chapel can be as good a defensible spot as any other (a certain comedienne notwithstanding). Even the worst Chapel beats the best office building, though in many cases not by much. It’s all down to how it was built. Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 24 2008, 2:15 AM EDT Many old churces were designed to withstand forced entry High arched windows, thick wood and metal doors, high pointy-like fences. I think a church would be a pretty good defensive spot, not modern churches, though, they are cery showy. Glass doors, not many fortifications. Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 24 2008, 5:03 PM EDT i go to a small chuch that has sliding iron gates that would be perfect if you parked a car in front of it. why not be at a good defensable place like that and have it be a good religous place? its not my first choice for my survival, but it woud be a good one Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 25 2008, 4:34 AM EDT Like that girl that fell ina well in mexico a few years ago. People just prayed for got to save her and didn't do anything, they just expected didine intervention.. She died of degydration. A few monthes later, another little girl fell down a well, people prayed for a way to get her out, and someone found the plans for a covered up well shaft right next to the well she was in. They dug it up and saved her within a couple days, they lowered food, water, and a radio down to her. Like Reddson says, the Lord helps those who help themselves. Don't just expect everything to happen for you, cause youre going to only get out of it as much as you put in. Am I making sense? 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
