"i agree that the safest place is probably ireland. its basically got the building and climate advantages of england and simalr chance of finding a gun as in america.Oh, I don't know about that... America's loaded with hiding space, guns, varying climates, defensible structures and booze... Do you find this valuable? |

this is a good question, and one that I myself have recently been pondering. I have deduced I would rather be in Britain. in this country, you cant move for easily defendable locations (there is a castle every couple of miles) with large expanses of land for agricultural purposes. however, it is a lot easier to find guns in America. the best you are likely to get round here is a shotgun or hunting rifle. and ammo would be extremely hard to come across.

You guys are lucky cos you've already got castles and the like...We Yanks aren't as cool in that regard. Do you find this valuable? |

I'm inclined to KILL the page entirely; It's a silly argument that gets nothing done, and leaves people bitter and diseffected.

"I'm inclined to KILL the page entirely; It's a silly argument that gets nothing done, and leaves people bitter and diseffected."i sort of agree, it isnt going in any particualr direction. But just a little bit of info for everyone. The chances of getting a large cal assault rifle in ireland are alot better that in the uk. But he chances of getting a pistol in the uk are alot better that getting one in ireland. During the late unpleasantness, (bombs, troops dieing in belfast etc) its estimated 40 thousand difrent bits of ordinance made its was into ireland. However, only about 17 18 thousand were handed over as part of the peace agreement. During the early 90's there swas a barrett .50 in belfast!! Do a google search and you'll find some of the stuff about the hunt for it. But saying that, post Z day i aint going looking for all them weaps!! So they may as well not be there. ......im not sure what the point of writing that was.............. er......personally id rather be on one of the channel islands. Do you find this valuable? |

6. What is this "verses" stuff?

When Day Zed hits your area, it'll be time to "Run What You Brung".Time to sit and argue what v. who and for how many becomes moot, even stupid to point of madness. Where you are, what you are, and how well you plan for every moment of your life matters little if you "Have to go back to the cabin to get your gun and pack"... Every participant here has different needs and answers for those needs. Sharing across borders and nationalities helps spread the meme of preparedness and protection. Arguing silly shit like "My Crank is Bigger than Yours!", "Your MOMMA!", and the resulting furball wastes space and time here at ZW. Carry The Frack On, Pay Attention TO Orders.. *EOM* 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
