Got a problem, idea, suggestion, or vendetta against me? Post it here. So, there you go. Do you find this valuable?

Might I suggest before doing calisthenics, stretching and other warm-up activities, try jogging and running first. Doing this helps to naturally 'thaw' the muscles from their relatively inactive state....It's been a common misnomer from the 1950's to do the warmups then jogging / running, but recent experimentation's suggested running/jogging then warmups instead for its thawing capabilities and also because it successfully pumps the heart up to make the warmups count. "with the exception of you double posting this thread, nothing."
Double posting? I suppose you mean that I C/P'd the root post's text from my Mall Survival thing; but now ALL (BWAHAHAHA) my pages that didn't have a suggestions thread now have this same text as the root post for the thread. HAH! NOTHING can save you now! HA HA!

Your friend and mine,
Drewblet.

I might take out the intro stuff about politics and all that and skip straight to the exercises. Do you find this valuable?

Why don't I read these threads?

Thanks; edit made. Gawd knows what possessed me to dump such crap in there.
