Zombie testing and experiments

This is a series of tests i've quickly come up with to perform on zombies to test various theories and the effectiveness of various killing methods. I would love to get other people's opinions on them, the reasons for your opinions and If there are any other tests you can come up with.

1. Shooting in head
Plain and simple one round right between the eyes, this test would reveal wither or not zombies depend on the electric signals from the brain. Unless the virus causes insane levels of rapid mutation this will kill a zombie.
2. Shooting in lung
This is to understand if a zombie needs air to breath. If a lung shot kills them then not only will bleeding out kill a zombie, a vacuum will also kill them. Assuming this test is effective I believe that most of the stuff that is lethal to humans will be lethal to zombies, this will also test how they stand up to pain.
3. Shooting in heart
This confirms test #2 that zombies depend on a functioning circular system, and how long it takes for rapid blood loss to kill them.
4. Shooting several times in center mass
Assuming Tests # 2 and #3 kill the test subject then this test will most likely cause similar results, so this test would be more about measuring the effective stopping power of shots to center mass.
5. Severe burning
To judge how effective fire based weapons are
6. Common poisons
To test effectiveness at varying levels
7. Radiation
To see if the levels known to kill humans would work on zombies

I can answer most of those based on the characteristics of living things.
(Zombies are undead blah blah, if they're moving and organic, they're alive regardless).

1. Dead, instantly.
2. Dead, time varying between quickly and slowly depending on how much oxygen zeds need to survive. A good test to do.
3. Dead, time varying depending on how quickly they bleed out.
4. Dead for reasons above.
5. Depends on whether their nervous system is affected by the virus, good test.
6. Virus may alter human suseptability to certain biological agents, a good test.
7. Another good test for similar reasons to 6. Do you find this valuable?

8. Exposure to varying voltages and amperages of electricity

9. exposure of tissue samples to various anitbotics and medicines at various temperatures to test treatment options. Do you find this valuable?

3. Can they survive without air water food and most important can they bleed to death.

4. If anything gets hot enough, it will burn. Seriously though, if there are any fluids in their bodies, as temps rise, the water would start to boil off. I suppose anything less than sufficient to cause 3rd degree burns wouldn't affect them much. Do you find this valuable?

the test would be more to test the effectiveness of firebombs on them and on freezing them, if i cover a zed in gas and light it up, will it die before it goes out? will it run around for 20 minutes as a flaming bringer of death? Do you find this valuable?

I doubt it would roam around for 20 min. It might fumble around blind for a very short while until the muscles are destroyed beyond the point of being useful. Do you find this valuable?

that what i ment or if they can become hypothermic and die Do you find this valuable?

i think running tests on their senses would be good, taking out the eyes, popping the ear drums or obstructing the ear, removing all other senses and test for their sense of touch, and running tests on taste, e.g does flesh have a taste or quality that draws them. Do you find this valuable?

Very good tests.

The electricity will certainly affect their motor skills. Do you find this valuable?

The fucked up thing would be to find a cure for it.

could you fathom having to kill a loved one only to find out they could have been cured? Do you find this valuable?

A short term, high probability chance of death outweighs the possibility of a cure in any circumstance anyway.... Do you find this valuable?

oh absolutely, and i fully agree with a Them or Me attitude on that, but i think it would cause some emotional issues for some at a later date. Do you find this valuable?

So here's what I'm thinking they say there undead but the a living orginisim right ( mind my spelling) so thinking they are living I would have to say the. An fie in most wAys we would bleeding out and burning and such but let's talk about food wise they eat brains I'm guessing or other human parts ok what about drinking we don't know how smart there zombies wiall be will the drink water or liquor for all we k ow the can eat worms and there is a ever lasting supply of those how are we as small teams or large units going to take them
Out and there may not even be a weapon to kill them will the be unbeatable we have no idea so think of all the possibiltys of this the outcome may not be in our favor but I will fight till the endnif this genocide does happen Do you find this valuable?
