NOT RESTRICTED!
Dec 29 2008, 1:35 PM EST
first off, these arent all military restricted('sept the nuke). Class C firearms license will grant you any of these guys you want. EVEN WITHOUT IT, the mauser pistol, 9mm parabellum luger, and M1A SOCOM II arent restricted('Sept in California). You guys have some serious issues with naming things.

Well, he has some good points.Yes, a Class C license WILL get you anything on the page (even the much-hyped M-2) except the nukes (even in California), though YOUR state may require additional licenses. The Mauser and Luger ARE NOT restricted. That is an interesting question, and we will address it with dispatch (which means once we can, and not necessarily when you want them). The M-1A SOCOM is an M-14 (civilian legal) with SOME militry modifications (which are also civilian legal), but is also still in active militry service, and therefore is classified as it is. As a potential solution, perhaps changing the preable to read “Presented here are weapons and gear the average civilian will probably not have easy access to, but might be able to find/steal/borrow while surviving. All of them are in active militry service, and therefore access is generally restricted.” Of course, the name of the page, one MIGHT think, would address that, but what do I know I’m just a Bosuns Mate… Do you find this valuable? |

2. What is this "Class C" Licencing?

All the arms you mention in post quoted are "Title I" and not restricted in any way by the Feds. As noted Cali may have further State Codes and Laws (Other webspots dedicated to those Laws). Anything "TitleII" gets into another set of Rules, Regs and State specific codes. Do admit there is some need of "clean up" in many of the articles and things posted here at ZSW. With Community help, those things will be done. You in turn have some "serious issues" in presenting your factoids. Clean up what you are trying to say. Huge run on sentences with far too much half-right info are not worthy of posting here at ZSW. Please take some time to get your thoughts organized. When you drop posts on ZSW, make sure you are as correct as you can be. SnC *OwnerOfCurrent ATFEYellowBook and C&R* Do you find this valuable? |

I read the original page and the way that these guns are posted would make them military or ex-military weapons. For instance the Luger has the information from the German military beginnings. The Broom Handle is stated in it's automatic model ( which was made ). And the M1A Socom is still in use. Along with the M1A.

Id just like to say that there does need to be some clean-up about alot of the pages, if not the weapons and gear. Alot of information is misleading and irrelevant, which makes for narrow-minded people preparing come Z-Day. I know that i've pointed out LOTS of flaws in the Civilian weapons forum, and now again twice in this topic(once when it was the "Things citizens might not generally have access to"). I would very much like to see some good information being posted on these pages. If you need help with it, ill be happy to lend a hand.

" Is that some stupid rumour, or is it actually true?"Toht, I only have one thing to say to that... In the U.S.A. I believe that it's illegal to have possession over a nuclear or atomic W.M.D. or any W.M.D. for that matter. Do you find this valuable? |
