I recommend getting this as the headquarters for Z.S.D.W. http://www.bomb-shelter.net/earthcom-70-128-condo-shelter . At just under $3.3 mil it can house 200 people comfortably and can run on a gas generator for a month and a half without refueling. hooki it up to several heavy duty solar panels and power becomes irrelevant.. It is completely underground, almost impeneratrable, and has all the perks of home running water, electricity, etc. PLUS these guys will install it for you wherever you want! Do you find this valuable?

in england... somewhere is an underground facility, which is the exact same. it can survive a nuclear war and houses 200 people.. we got ours for free ;)

thing is its in yorkshire and im in lancashire so getting through zombies could be tricky to get there.

it has solar panels as you said, and everything you have. Do you find this valuable?
