Ok, this is geting out of hand. I have not seen the suit that you are talking about, so I will do my best to reserve judgement on that, but all the personal faraday cages I have seen would provide little protection or little mobility or both. The one you're looking at may be different, if so I would love to see it. A wetsuit on land is just a terrible idea. Sorry if my criticism hurts your feelings, but there it is. And if you honsetly think that we are all wrong and these are all good ideas, find facts to back up your opinion, don't just sit there and say "you fag!" every time someone disagrees with you. So get your shit together and find some FACTS if you want to disagree. Because posts like your last make you look like a complete idiot. 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

And in case there was any confusion undeadpony, I have been diving since I was 13. I was in the Florida keys diving when Hurricane Katrina went over. Can I ask if you no the difference between a J valve, a K valve and a DIN valve? How a rebreather works? Do you even know how to clear a flooded mask? Come back and post when you have something intelligent to say. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

No matter how many times you have a tantrum and complain that somebody hurt your sensitive feelings, undeadpony, it doesn't at all remotely address the very valid criticisms laid against your idea.

If such a light breeze of social criticism causes you to throw a hissy fit like a six year old girl, you might wanna rethink how you would deal with human carnage and suffering beyond your wildest imagination.

does any of that even matter in a zombie invasion? are you giong to run around with an 02 tank on your back telling people how it works? or are you going to shoot a zombie in the face? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

clothes are cloth, armor is not.

my ideal Zombie protection would be an under layer of moisture wicking clothing like coolmax, dry-release, underarmor, dri-fit, etc. or BDU with the same qualities, and my own bullet resistant fiberglass armor.

light rigid plastic is very good zombie protection, and sports equipment has this down, and no other in the way motocross does it.

basically the best is the simplest, motocross protective equipment is close fitting, light, rigid, mobile, and will fit under something like BDUs removing most of the ability for them to grab onto it, and allows for the use of a tactical vest and leg equipment holders.

with this you could also add a cowboy collar for better neck protection, however these are designed to be used with football pads and jerseys so may be difficult to modify to use with motocross chest protection, and BDUs , tactical vests, etc.

no need to be extremely specific just look at rigid motocross protective equipment and you will know why it is good armor for the general person.

anyways, i was thinkin, would tough leather work aswell? i did leather working at my school for a while and i found cutting through leather to be a pain in the ass, and we were using really sharp knives, and also leather is light-weight wich is another bonus, also flexible, and as zombies are infected humans, i doubt they would have huge fangs unless they were freakin vampire-lovers and made a set and attatched it to themselves. so im gonna try get a good strong sturdy set of leather armor. so just look for the guy who's imitating Van Helsing and you will find me Do you find this valuable?

such as;
"you will most likely expire from heat stroke while wearing said suit and will be turned into a zombie promptly after finding your lifeless body"
id rather just say
"you wear that suit you'll be screwed over by the sun itself"

such as:
i saw a fatal flaw in your otherwise descent idea. it was that you might get a heat stroke from wearing that suit.
does the word nice make sense to you? despite the evidence, it is possible to be nice on a blog site

except for the fact that the use of non rigid armor against zombies is flawed in itself.
