Chest Rig vest? Shihan Chest Rigs vs Blackhawk commando chest harness

Using chest rig for AK, any input or advice.
Shihan Chest Rigs $139.99
Use Cord to hold magazine, and had molle web. Workable with AK or AR mags.

Use verco Flap to cover mags pouch, workable for AK or AR.

P.S- using for hunting, fishing and etc.. Not only for fighting ZOmbies. Do you find this valuable?

I'd go with the Blackhawk Commando simply because it holds more magazines and equipment. Do you find this valuable?

i personally am against trying to be fully decked out in gear. I believe that a simple layer of leather or tough clothing will suffice as long as u try not to get to close to zombies. But hey each to his own. Do you find this valuable?

even tho I like the stile of the BH Commando better the Shihan is obviously MOLLE capable so you can customize it to your liking and for this reasons I would get it over the BH commando. Do you find this valuable?

So I assume you plan on using your pockets to hold you mags and equipment? not only is this bad because they might fall out but also because there harder to get at, A as in one chest rig does not constitute ad "decked out in gear" my friend it only help in the retrieval of ammunition, radios, GPS, etc. Do you find this valuable?

i have a survival kit that comes with just a vest. I do not plan on wearing over bearing armor. I need to be hindered to the least amount. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

A chest rig is not armor, and its not even close. Do you find this valuable?

I like the Chest Rig because it was design so the user could carry a backpack
Fighting Human Shihan has more advantages, lighter and magazine acess is faster.
Fighting Zombie BH commando is better for my view, thicker, secure magazine well. Do you find this valuable?

From the look of it, just sides.


Personally, I'd just get blank molle vest and add my own pouches. Do you find this valuable?

The mag pouches are fixed pouch, only have molle on the side. ON shiha there pistol mags pouch also.
BH cammando is all fixed pouch but it's not made to be conformable shooting prone. Do you find this valuable?

Lets see....cord is faster, but not as secure nor durable, and may slip on certain mags. Open pouch also means crap gets into mags during crawling.
Velcro is loud, fairly durable but can also wear out, and very secure.
The Shiha also holds less magazines, but it has pistol mag pouches. Molle is great, but limited utility on the sides..
I don't think you'd crawl that much easier, you're still on top of two rifle mags and a sidearm mag.

it always good to have some sort of Vest, for fast acess to magazine or tools. Instead of digging through pockets and backpack. Do you find this valuable?

Ok i found this other vest that look exactly like a BH cammando chest rig but cheaper by 40 bucks!

all the function one feature seem to be almost the same and high quality too.

Do yourself a favor and buy Eagle, ATS or Paraclete. I wear my rigs everyday for work and really beat the crap out of them and have yet to have one fail one me. Do you find this valuable?
