I am a four-time Marine Corps Rifle Expert, pistol qualified, gray belt in MCMAP and a year of Israeli Krav Maga Training. If someone wants to kill me in my sleep and they can manage to get past my dog, that's it. I am dead. Crowbars are too cold and I am NOT going to be the idiot who shoots himself in his sleep. Not for physical protection for mental protection. Reason because a couple of weeks ago i had whats called a hallucegenic dream (a dream that you wake up from, but you are still dreaming) and i actually thought i saw a zombie in my room. I ended up jumping out of my bed and looking around my room desperatly for a weapon. Then i realized that the zombie wasnt there anymore. But, i was so freaked out i didnt sleep for the rest of the night. Since then i've had one hallucegenic-dream. I almost ended up breaking my floor xD Post reply 2 out of 2 found this valuable. My XD 9mm in holster on the bed post, my kimber in my cracked open sock drawer (right next to my bed), m4 in the corner of the room between dresser and wall, can of mace mounted to the wall on both sides of the bed, surefire 235lumens light mounted next to each can of mace, and finally a ruger p345 in my gf's nightstand. Still hurt like the dickens. I'm not sure what % the commercial stuff I bought my wife is (the package doesn't say) so I'm sure it's much lower, and it also has the UV dye.
