My Zombie Survival Plan (Critisism Welcome)

Colin’s Zombie Survival PlanLocation: My room. Why? It’s about 10x10 feet, so its not that large, which I would prefer because I could ensure that there was no one in my designated safe area. I already have a supply of food and drinks, and provided I can keep the rest of the house somewhat under control I could go upstairs to gather supplies and take them down before the infection began to spread out of control. I also have a katana which could provide mild protection against zombies that were actually inside the house. I have a pellet gun but when a zombie is trying to eat me I think that it’ll do absolutely nothing. There’s also a fire escape window that’s boarded at the top, so if things got out of control I could bail through that and probably head to the local walmart to look for survivors and stay there for a while, provided it was safe. Supplies: As I stated earlier I do have somewhat of a supply of food in my room. I have about 30 bottles of water, 20 packets of Ramen noodles, because they’re delicious and non-perishable. I do have hot cocoa for colder temperature, and Kool-Aide to keep my blood sugar up. If necessary, unless I end up barricaded to my room, I’m right next to a bathroom so I could get more water if I ran out. I’m working on stockpiling 2x4’s in my closet to board up my door. I do have a computer and a satellite TV so I could keep up with news updates on any sort of cures or defense techniques. As far as additional weapons, if I was forced from my base I have a friend who lives very close who has a battle axe, and another just down the street with a dad who works a lot with his hands, so he has chainsaws, nail guns, and loose car parts lying around. Survivors: While it sounds cruel, survival would be easier if my family was infected, because three zombies under the age of 12 and two less than in shape 40 something zombies wouldn’t be that much of a threat. While having my dad as a companion would be great, because he’s smarter than I am and was a lutenient in the army, so he knows how to survive, shoot someone in the head consistently, and properly ration food. No offence to my family, I love them to death, but my sister would be to scared to do shit, my little brothers would just be a hassle, and my mom would be to hysterical to do anything. Any outside survivors would be judged on what supplies they had with them, how collected they were mentally, and they’re overall survival skills. Should they pass the tests I’d let them come with me, or visa versa. Who knows, maybe ill meet some insanely hot survivor chick so we could “repopulate the world for the good of humanity.” ;]Do you find this valuable? |
