"Dont fall for those VERY unrealistic zombie movies such as Resident evil. It was realistic due to the fact that it was a man made virus unleashed but the zombies lived forever. Dawn of the dead was a very realistic version of a zombie outbreak due to the fact that they were extremly fast but again, they could not die of starvation which blurred the fact that they were once human. These are just examples of many movies that are unrealistic. The one that was totally 100 % realistic was 28 days (weeks) later. The zombie virus was a rabies like virus that started off in wild life and from their, passed on to stupid conservatists. Those scientists kept those monkeys caged up for a reason. The zombies died from lack of food, were extremly fast, and resembled great infectious appearence (red eyes and physical along with mental distortion.) The movie also showed military resistance against the viral outbreak (unlike in resident evil). If you want to see what it would be like in a zombie outbreak, watch the 28 movies."
