Gas mask?

Is the M61 a good gas mask in case the undead virus is airborne? Do you find this valuable?

If it's airborne, just kill yourself. Unless you are fortunate enough to be valuable to the government (and thus stuck in some airtight underground bunker) you are basically dead already. Even if you figure out a way to eat through the mask, decontaminate your food and water, and avoid ever taking the mask off, just stick a gas mask on and run a mile. You will not make it. Breathing is next to impossible in those things. Now add the extra weight of adrenaline pumping through your veins, as well as inevitable panic at the fact that grandma is trying to eat you, and just come to terms with the fact that the gas mask is at the bottom of the priorities list. We can't survive an airborne outbreak. Do you find this valuable?

Unfortunately I have to agree... although I hear the moon is a nice place at this time of year.

That's assuming the virus stayed "hot" permanently, which I think quite unlikely.
