water purifyers

actually it is possible to make a water purifyer by recreate the trip water would take through the soil. by taking a 2 liter bottle and filling it with various layers and types or stone and soil, you make a water purifyer. i've seen one that had such fine sediment and stone that the person who made opened a can of pepsi and poured it in the top and water came out of the bottom. granted it had some sand in it but other than that it was perfectly clear. in case you think that soil purification is bs look it up inline or just drive through the mountains of west virginia. every mile or so they have PVC pipes sticking out of the mountain (this is because people would have to climb away from the road otherwise so it is for both safety and convienience) and people fill up jugs of water there. i met a man once who refused to drink any water unless it had been taken from the mountain. it comes out freezing cold and having a strong mineral taste but is free of parasites and bacteria. 3  out of 3 found this valuable. I heard coffee filters and cotten balls can filter water pretty good. Not anywhere near a conventional filter, but still good. Do you find this valuable?

the trick is to start off with course materials, and slowly working your way down to a fine material like sand. you can use a clean sock in a pinch, this filtration process will improve the turbidity of the water, but it won't remove any microbes. always boil the water first, if you can't boil it pull the water from a fast flowing, cold part of the river. It's warm, isn't like sweet tea/green tea, and tastes good.

It's not tea. It's just named it.

And really, try it before you condemn it.

Straight up caffeine? No.
Bacon? No.

It does not beat everything.

Yeah, I was gonna say, caffeine straight is a powerful substance. And no, bacon is better than coffee. Though coffee is the supreme beverage. And coffee with bacon is like awesome squared. Do you find this valuable?

Phalse.

Coca Cola and Bacon would be the best meal.
Especially if there were garlic croissants, to go with.

Coca Cola and bacon? That sounds like a meal that if consumed fast enough would make your stomach explode or something. Though garlic croissants are the shizzle. So is any good bread for that matter. Do you find this valuable?
