How the hell is teamwork #9?Bonding as a group and trusting one another is the basis of any effective group. A bunch of highly competent individuals can't compare to a group that works as one. Handicaps, lack of skill, lack of equipment, can be solved with good teamwork. You can't bring together people with pure skill and resource. Unless your group can bond and work together, you're boned. If you're lacking in skills, knowing that your friend's lives are on the line drives you harder to improve. Sacrifice and compromise comes from caring more about the group and the people next to you then your self. Its easier to communicate with people you know and trust. Being close to your team allows you to better understand their goals and consider what is truly the best goal. Responsibility comes from knowing the groups suffers if you falter. A team adapts because they know they can trust the people working along side them to stay through thick and thin. Caring about those you fight along side forces you keep going. It is easiest to follow someone when they're someone who has suffered and fought alongside you. Most of all, fear of failing your comrades drives you to overcome your fears, ignore your regrets, make the best of what you have, and just striving to live in general. 4 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

It's really just a list of skills needed for any team to work properly, not zombie specific. Sorry.

john if you think about it the list isnt in any order..they are all very important and each one that is lacking could easily hurt the others.(lack of skill could cause frustration which would hurt teamwork and so on) Do you find this valuable? |

I think Johns point was that good enough teamwork can overcome obstacles such as lack skill and competency etc. But i agree that the list doesnt appear to be in any specific order. The numbers are just there.

Yea, the list isn't in order of importance, just a list of everything a team should have. Also, although it isn't directly zombie related, this list is essential for all teams during an outbreak, and therefore has a place on this site.
