Download and print this, then go talk to them. If all you decide to do is to stockpile a little more canned food, and a few bottles of water, then you have at least made some progress.

If you try to do it alone, then you simply do it SLOWLY. Buy a few cans and a couple of bottles of water each week. One week, buy a first aid kit instead. Start working out, just by running every day, and doing push up, sit ups.

"Pedro.. This is excellent advice! The .pdf is a great source of information. And yes. you do have water in your house. There is even a viable source in your Hot water heater. But I think the point that StrykerPez is trying to make is "STAY AWAY FROM WALMART!" That's where everyone will go and so will the zombies. Avoiding population centers is NUMBER ONE on my list.
