many people have seen in resident evils that animals have turned into zombies
they are living things like humans, so it would be possible
but what about bugs like ants and mosquitos
what if they get infected? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

mosquitoes might not get infected, but the fact they can carry infected blood makes survivng a whole lot more difficult. Do you find this valuable?

I got stung today by a wasp. And it hurt like hell. (arching my back into the stinger didn't help) And now, its like zombie insects. You can't even go outside. Do you find this valuable?

Animals, most likely. Idk about insects. In that case, I have more reason to hate them then I already do. I assume they could probably either not be affected(they are insects, not mammals or anything), or they would die when infected(too much virus to handle)? Do you find this valuable?

Most peoples hunting plans would also seriously be interrupted. You not only have to worry about eating infected meat, but now you have predators with an enhanced sense of smell and hearing on your a**. Do you find this valuable?

Think it was Zombi 4 that did the animals first, but that was just crows, and if Im not mistaken even the horse at the end of Survival of the Dead opened his eyes after being eaten.

If bugs are carrying the virus(like west nile), the best we could hope for is The Walking Dead scenario(you are already infected, and just waiting to die before you turn) asides from that survival would be near impossible.
