Help?

I must be retarded, or maybe even a Zedhead, but I lack the coordination to do a jumping jack. I can't even get all my limbs jumping and clapping at the right time or speed. Got any tips? :] 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Personally, I do half jumping jacks. So, your arms are down at your side when your feet are together, and straight out to your side when your feet are apart.

So, when your feet are together, you look like: I. When they're apart, you look like: T. Copacetic? I'll re-explain if it's not clear; it's a little hard to describe with text, so don't worry if I'm not making any sense to you.

I find them both easier, and more effective for getting my blood flowing. You can do more faster, and not have to worry about throwing your back out or anything. And they're also easier to correct your timing while doing.

Try it out and let me know if it helps!

You can just play to your strengths. I never do jumping jacks at all. I can, but I just don't. Running or walking is always good. Maybe substitute jumping rope for jumping jacks? Do you find this valuable?
