There's been a few posting like that on this site as of the past few days. The team in Ottawa were trying out a new Mathematical algorithm (I think) that they stuck in a computer as a test to see the computers calculations & such. The other day somebody on twittered to me: That I'm "a chaos vampire living in psycho-ville." Oddly, I was kinda flattered by that remark.. :) And dammit.. I've tagged "nerd" a few times.. ah hell.. You don't mean that do you? Please say no. They are modeling a fast moving virus using a simple mathematical principal. The same exact study was done with vampires and showed that if there was one vampire and he killed just two people and those two killed two it would take under two years before the world’s population was either all dead (if not turned) or all vampires (if turned). I saw the title, got into it, read about half, but then my CIS teacher was walking near, so I exited it. And regarding sanity: I think anyone (me included) who takes the zombie threat seriously is perhaps a bit off in the head. But that's OK. I actually meant it more as a joke, and hope no one took offense to it. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

Well, according to Merriam-Webesters Collegiate Dictionary a nerd is one who is slavishly devoted to intellectual or academic pursuits. I lack the academic pursuits, but the intellectual pursuits of guns, fishing, hunting, and most importantly zombies qualifies me..I guess, lol. " Why is taking a threat seriously? With me, I don't necessarily think it will be a zombie plague. My Bug out Plan and wanting to learn through these boards / research is because I realize there is more threats than just zombies. My survival plan also entitles if there is a major hurricane (I live in FL) come through and I have tu survive (which has happened), or if ALL communications were cut off for the outside world for some reason, or even a major plague / epidemic where the world stand stills. Oct 12 2009, 10:38 AM EDT of course it'd be us crazy canadians, we have the least to fear from a zombie invasion, everything is frozen solid for 9 months of the year. It is true that anyone who takes a zombie threat seriously is a little off their rocker. but keep in mind that preparedness for a zombie disaster is essentially preparedness for any disaster, and that is always a good thing. besides this website is probably just another way for the Gubment to ID a bunch of crazies. If you don't have a plan for something probably NBC before Zombie you are crazy. Before BHO leaves office someone is going to attack the U.S. again we are just begging for it.
