I would say ditch the knife since you have a Multi-Tool already & replace them with the following:

more bandages, antiseptic wipes... and add a very VERY small container of sailine solution. It's sterile & makes for a good eye flush or something to flush out a burn.

I plan to get a new case, and I am going to try to incorporate more first aid supplies.

Don't want to ditch the knife because its always handy to have a standalone knife in daily use.

One thing I've noted while carrying around those type of packaged materials in a pouch is that friction can mess them up over time.....I'd suggest switching out said items when they show signs of wear along with following their expiration dates. Do you find this valuable?

Most of these I carry them in my everyday life, although I exchanged the multi-tool with my Swiss Army Knife that has more than 46 tools and instead of any knife I have an Opinel(not quick to draw but one of the most safe and resilient pocket knifes). Do you find this valuable?

I haven't read this page in over a year, but just a few days ago I added a picture to my profile of a very similar survival kit. I guess that makes me a gentleman. Do you find this valuable?

I think the point is to be able to carry SOME of the basic things that can potentially save you in a crisis situation without drawing undue attention while there is no crisis underway. Do you find this valuable?

Nice. I like the idea of storing it in a phone case, very stealthy and functional. On another forum group I'm in with some of my friends we had a discussion like this before. Basically how to and what we carry on the daily with our daily lives. My gentleman daily gear includes

- Fobus inseam holster w/ sub comp xd9 w/ handle extender on mag
- Gerber evo jr. (pretty popular knife to alot of ppl i meet, clipped usually to a pocket or the holster if I'm in my scrubs)
- mini multi tool attached to my keys
- 1 engergizer 37lumen LED tactical flashlight attached to my keys

Looking forward to hearing more from other members!

On a side note if anyone here carries the new Beretta Nano 9mm I would love to know your thoughts on it, I was thinking of changing to that pistol since it has a slimmer profile but not the price of a Kahr arms pistol.
