Mental compacity

This article is very good. I think you make quite accurate judgments about the consequences of a large-scale outbreak.

However, jmc95's statement about us using only 10% of our brain capacity is mis-informed. It is a myth that we use a fraction of our brains. All parts of the brain are always being used (at variable levels) even during sleep.

Hmmmm...... Interesting.

A newcomer that has already posted his first thread... and doesn't sound misinformed, sound like a Call of Duty Hero, a Mall Ninja, or an Hormone raging teen.

Chicago_Ted, nice input. Welcome to the site.

Are you from Chicago? I was born in the Lincoln Square neighborhood...

Way back there was an article that stated that we only use 10%-15% bla bla bla,
But the fact is that we do use our entire brain, but not all at once! the 10% thing is more about how much of the brain we use at any given time.

It's a old meme, very old!

Thank you, Freelancer47. It is good to be welcomed. I hope to make relevant contributions.

I don't actually live in Chicago though; I am from Australia. Either way I still love zombies. :)

You're welcome Chicago_Ted.

Funny, I don't love Zombies... I HATE them. That's why I'm on this site.

Let's just say my Drunk & High brother & his friends decided I should watch "Return of the Living Dead" back when I was about 5 years old....

I've been looking to kill them since...

I mean, RE-Kill them... or whatever. X-D

I'm old enough (Christ on a Cracker, I'm 31 and talking like I'm Gramps over here) to remember when the old theory was that we used only 2% of our brains.

Now, I'm not sure if that's 100% true... but I know some folks that might fall into that catagory...

Yes, I have to agree, I LOVE to HATE them. :D

By the looks of your loadout, I think you'll definitely survive if Z-Day comes around. It's also good you have the Zombie Survival Guide like me.
