I know this isn't particularly helpful, and maybe im a combat addict.

Im sure you know this, since you seem to be quite knowledgable in medicine. Valium is used to relax the body, it reduces muscle spasms and muscle shakes very well, and can be used as an antidepressant. Key things here: Reduces muscle shaking and spasms. This will keep your shots clear and true, even when a ghoul is nearly on top of you. (Rhyme unintended.) It also works as an antidepressant. If you get bitten, take 10mgs or more of this stuff, and wait to go comatose. (Thats almost overdosing, more than 10mgs.) A bitten comrade will thank you for giving him a relaxed last couple of hours.

Comes in 2mg, 5mg, and 10mg tablets. I think its commercially avaliable. Note: Valium is addictive. You should have one person that holds these that WONT use them, just so everyone else doesnt overdose. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

AFAIK, Valium is presecription only. I would need a convincing reason to be given it. It will be on the scrounge list for hospitals post-Z, but not a high one. I think the best way to avoid shakes when shooting is to be behind a 20ft high concrete wall :) 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
