Northwest Rockies

I'm still contemplating this, but the best place in Montana I can think of is in or around Yaak, Montana in the northwest Rocky mountains the population is small enough that we wouldn't have to worry about much of a zombie threat. before we head up there however we will have had to assemble a group of at least 25 people. The initial meeting point would be Billings West High School in Billings, a large and relatively well defended location. If you arrive and we are not at the school, please make yor way for Yaak where we will have hopefully already cleared the town. Upon arrival, head to the community building. Warm clothes are essential to this location make sure to bring some. Basic firearms will be in abundance, but we do need some specialty weapons and melee weapons bring these things if possible. Reply to this thread if you want in on the plan...

I was thinking, as our plan further evolves, West High School is a fairly poorly defended school, as there are multiple first story windows and doors. This made me decide to change the primary evac site from the school to the army reserve, as there is only one entrance, few small windows, and fencing around the compound. Also weapons and vehicles are also common at this location. So if you're ever in Billings, head to the reserve, where a stronghold will most likly already have been set up.

I haven't been to Yaak, but the problem with northwest Montana, besides cold weather, is it's hard to grow things and hunting has been poor lately. The only advantage is low populations and plenty of fire arms. That's why I have a bugout plan.
