how many acres is this going to be on and like location is this property. Do you find this valuable?

I think I said 52 acres for the whole farm. I'll measure the house and Castle footprints and let you know exactly. Do you find this valuable?

The small houses are 56' 3" by 66' 3" including the stairs. 3,725.56 sqft

The Castle is 388' by 187' 6" including the stairs and barn. 72,750 sqft (1.67 acres), although that is the total square, and not the footprint. 72' by 87' + 101' by 72' + 137 by 78' + 69' by 139' = 6264+7272+10686+9591 = 33,813 sqft, or 0.776 acres.

The footprint of the base/farm is 2805' by 800' (51.5 acres), with the farmable land being about 1,403,010 sqft, or 32.2 acres.
