I read your survival plan and disagree with it. Not everything's a personal attack. You're not that special.

Edited: I meant to say that I read your survival plan and rally point page. It's the rally point page I mainly disagree with. Unless you're planning on meeting before 99% of the population knows about what's going on, walmart and home depot are bad ideas.

that's cool, maybe I'm a little put off on your rudeness in a prior conversation. Maybe try not to be so quick to put your ideas above the ideas of other people. I heard zombies like the brains of rude people the most 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Hey zombie_odom, I agree with Maricely on this one. You are going to want to GTFO ASAP and not drive around the San Diego area. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to bug-out. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

the area of operation I'm talking about is on the way out of town. The next 250 miles east is desert that I don't want to get stuck in without supplies. I'm not headed south to mexico at all and heading north and west are even worse ideas. I'm pretty experienced with deserts and I know I don't want to head through one without weapons and supplies Do you find this valuable?

Although the Desert would be brutal to both the 28 days and the Romero zombies, it will still be rough for you. And you know darn well, the sand will find its way into everything. If you weaponized a sand blaster, that would be pretty cool to see what it would do to either Zombie prototype. Not like you will run out of ammo. It will probably be power intensive. Oh, so Hannibal Lecter does take requests.

Now, if only Georgie Dubya, a verbose politician not unlike what's been evidenced, got up the gall to say that to Ahmadinejad.

Future political career: "F*** you. Oh no I'm being melted!!! If only I'd tried diplomacy!"

There's a very distinct line between being critical and picking fights for the sake of ranting.

So any idea how to get out of southern california? Can't go west, north, don't really want to go south... East is the only option but you have to think gas stations and supplies along the only major free way headed that direction would be the first to be picked off. You can't make it without a vehicle to cover the miles and haul supplies.

So my only idea is to stock up by looting before leaving San Diego... Any ideas?

Don't bet on using freeways. I'd set up ambush points there if I were a raider.

Gotta drive if you wanna get out of here alive. I plan to stay put for a while, until most of the **** calms down, then make my way by vehicle and some of the lesser-known highways and roads east. Do you find this valuable?

That's true but on a common sense level how many others would use the freeways? :)

Now while driving would be your best bet keep in mind that roads would be in bad condition and the buildings would be primo ambush hangouts.
