Best to make 4 Evac points. North, South, East, and West. When the GTFO time comes you don't want to try to drive across downtown to get to the Evac. Then you make a rally point for all 4 Evac points. I'm out West in surprise so we have a Evac point out by Festival.

Arizona doesn't need an evac point: between all the gun toting citizens and the drug cartels you guys are safe.

Kiwanas Park would make a decent 'meet up' evac point in tempe az, for the Tempe crowd on the site
