The best PTI have ever found was crossfit. Just when you think you're doing ok they smoke you with somethfing like today's workout of the day (WOD)7 rounds of 7 power snatches with 95 pounds 7 balance snatches 95 pounds 7 overhead squats 95 pounds all this is done as fast as you can go for 7 rounds. By the way one pt stud did this just under 18 min!!! lol I'm going for 23 or less Do you find this valuable? |

"aw, gimme someHmm. My PT consists of a 3-4 mile run with 30 pounds and usually do it in about 25 -27mins. And on exercise it has to be "Walkng down Kinal Street" lol. Do you find this valuable? |

If you want another good challenge I did Murphy from crossfit yesterday for my WOD.1 mile run 100 pullups 200 pushups 300 air squats 1 mile run all this run for time I did it in 58 min and 36 sec yesterday wearing my plate carrier front and back plates and 4 M4 mags and 4 glock mags. Went home and was wrecked for like an hour lol. For those of you who are couch potatoes your physical fitness will dictate what your chances are for survival. You don’t have to be Arnold or an Olympic athlete but the better shape you are in the more resilient you will be to injury and diseases. If you do get hurt or sick you will heal faster, you will be able to fight if needed be better for longer (shoot better) thanks to a lower heart rate. And there is one more major advantage. Most people don’t understand why Navy seals or SAS guys ect are PTed as much as they are. Yes to get them in better shape but it is to make them mentally tough. You will just be able to mentally deal with more things than the average person. Plus chicks dig it lol … ok getting off my soap box. Do you find this valuable? |
