My (Hole-Filled) Plan
Mar 2 2010, 10:23 PM EST
Well, i have gotten around to making a single part of my plans. I am aware there are many obvious holes, But I wanna re-write specific parts one at a time, and want to know what holes you find. I am tired right now, or otherwise would spend another half an hour fixing it up.

Seems to be off to a good start. I approve of the part about the cats. Keep on going.

Just now realized something. The first home i made a plan for, i'm not currently at. So I'll probably re-write it once I am actually at that location, so that'll give me a better laid out plan. About to begin the work on my week-day home plan.

If you have no guns, 80% chance says you'll die. I'm not trying to be a downer, but you should look into how to secure firearms and ammunition as soon as possible. I have no ammo for either of my guns, but i know a location nearby where I can get a good amount. Even a few dozen .22's is better than just melee. If you can't get a gun, at least but yourself a large, heavy bat, not some cheap aluminum softball bat, or a hockey stick. A machete would be a welcome addition as well. Do you find this valuable? |

"If you have no guns, 80% chance says you'll die.80% chance? Where are you getting this percentage from? What's worse than having no firearm during the Z-Poc? Having two, but no ammunition. Do you find this valuable? |

Not bad. Of course, I don't have a plan posted, so I'm just going to point out one thing that I noticed. I would see about getting something more dangerous to use as a potential weapon than a hockey stick though. Maybe a bat or something that can sustain you until you're in town and able to get something more suitable? I would say to see about convincing your father to get you a firearm, but that's not always an option. If you can use a hockey stick with enough force to disable a zombie, go for it. If that's the only thing you can get access to, go for it..

look in the garage for a weapon, best place in most homes (without firearms). Any type of hammer is a VERY effective weapon. Even a pitchfork, pickaxe, or nice heavy socket wrench... very very effective melee weapons can be found there. Don't limit yourself to sporting equipment if you don't have to. Even a nice sized screwdriver would be very effective for jamming into eyesocketsDo you find this valuable? |
