I always thought high caliber rounds could damage cinderblocks.

Would filling it with sand help?

I've experimented w/materials and calibers (years ago).

I discovered that under .22 lr fire, cinderblocks go away in short order.

However, brick can withstand .30 cal fire. Cinderblock filled w/concrete can also deal well under .30 cal fire.
brick backed by concrete-filled cinderblock can handle .50 cal

They do have that new balistic drywall like stuff (I'll look up the name)
I think it works outdoors as well

A couple layers of that and your even explosion resistant, as thats what it is designed to do.

Quite right. This "privacy wall" is also a 'fighting' wall meaning I can take shelter in confidence while dealing with certain problem sets.

Also, I plan to begin from this point while "Dealing with Crowds, Non-lethal" at least at first.

Having rebar through those blocks might make it more sturdy. I'm not so hot at construction though so...

"???"
There are rebar reinforcements in parts of the wall. I wanted the entire thing to be concrete filled but most of it is.

Well I'm saying this because if you connect each segment to the one next to it it will make it harder to push over.

What are you thinking about that is going to push over a 30' long solid wall?

How long it is is meaningless. By putting rebar longways along the wall it'll mean that whoever went after it would be in effect pushing the whole wall because each segment would be supported by the segments on its left and right.

Um, I guess the calculation of what a 5'5' high x 30 ft long brick, block and concrete wall firmed grounded with rebar and sealed concrete & block base (3 ft into the surface) actually weighs doesn't fit well against a 'wall' of zombies?

My intention is to shoot everything before the threat get TO the wall.

Nice wall. Will you have an interior "flowerbox" / ledge to use as a platform to stand on and use the top as a bipod brace?
