First of,great article you really did your homework.I would say that most likely,the form of government would be the following two things: The Former Governments and Corporations will undoubedtly attempt to secure themselves, within underground bunkers and out at sea.They will try and maintain some form of rule,and occasionally flex their muscle.They will usually have MORE than enough space and resources to help out their citezens,but will usually decide not to.They will attempt to reverse the effects of Z-Day. The other form is survivalist and raider,small to large bands,who either travel in large convoys and raid/scavange for supplies OR ones that construct fortresses and hold them up,with varrying degrees of firepower and rules. Do you find this valuable? |

i think a fedual system would work the best as it survied the black plage, witch will be like the zombie one.

"The feudal system was severely weakened in Europe because of the plague, and was also one of the reasons why it was so deadly. You can't keep people suppressed and limit their resources whilst enriching yourself. They will revolt and/or diseases will spring about like wildfire if you keep them down and do not help them. in the beginning more liely the main government types will be Despotisms, Monarchys, dictaterships, Aristocracy, and oligarchys because people will bow down to anyone who can give them food, water, and shelter and can fulfill those promaces direct democracys would eventually be to diffucult in large groups so they will either have some kind of overly powerful government or will a all powerful head of state.

If there can be a Constitutional monarchy couldnt there be a Constitutional Despotism since they are basically exactly alike?
