John_234	The ZSDW in Zombie Pandemic! Apr 25 2010, 12:39 PM EDT We've had some discussions with the fine folks running Zombie Pandemic (http://www.zombiepandemic.com), and we's working on an affiliate site relationship. We cross-feature each other's sites to get more attention for both. Now, there is a fun part to this... We've been given the clear to write up some missions for the ZSDW faction that will be introduced in-game. With some discussion, we decided to take this to the public for your guys' ideas. Thomas at ZP asked for ideas that would fit a short series of missions, nothing unbelievably overdone. I think that's pretty reasonable. Post reply 6 out of 6 found this valuable. We could have the ZSDW fighting a small war against a religious fundamentalist group. Something like the "New World Activists" or "Scientologists." WiseChoice	14. RE: The ZSDW in Zombie Pandemic! Apr 25 2010, 8:44 PM EDT I played the game for a little while. I stopped at level 11 and honestly, it got boring. I think it got boring because when I was playing, it was in BETA version and nothing interesting was unlocked yet. I also found a great weapon really early on. It was fun for a while though. A game dev wants to put US into their game as a faction (the importance of which we don't know yet)? Shouldn't we base the missions off the sorts of things most American members will be up to? Let's face it, the game is probably set in America, so you have less problems where integrating myself or Pedro's viewpoints into the faction. After all, we can't have a powerhungry Irishman and a man sitting on a beach in the Carribean involved! So we're looking at a faction that has bugged out of various places, grouped together at one of our rendez-vous spots and has proceeded to survive. There are plenty of "quests" I could think of from those, though I'd have to know the greater context of the game to make any decent shot at it.. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

For one, the map is slightly shaped like Manhattan, and second, I killed an enemy called "Psycho Wall Street Stock Broker." I kinda hoped we could set up our own clan, but I never thought we'd get our own NPC faction. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

Apr 25 2010, 11:22 PM EDT \| Post edited: Apr 25 2010, 11:25 PM EDT Okay, you have to recover three supply stashes of MREs and Ammo (you can't actually use them, they're packaged up) that ZSDW members hid in various locations - you need to pass some sort of skill roll or whatever to get into the stashes. Once you have all three, you can return to the ZSDW complex, and they'll give you reloaded high-power ammunition, or something. One of the particular purchasable items could be high-power ammunition, made in the complex with a reloading setup. Seeing that the ZSDW prepared for Z-Day, they had a reloading press set up and ready to go. Our ammunition does more damage. (I don't know if bringing spent casings back to them will work so well...)
