NY isnt the only high risk area. The police force in many places is s**t and we need serius Z teams everywere maybe you should start a thread about several teams. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm curious as to these things:
Your training this team would have,
What weaponry,
Communications?
The chances of an untrained, unorganized group going up against a riot, trained force, or the possibility of a huge herd of zombies in a city like New York and surviving are slim to none.
There have been various threads like this and (not to be mean) they have all failed.

Yes point taken here would my plan revised though also if in Army to drop troops and have them secure a like three buildings of same height and barricade entrances and set up sniper teams in buildings rinse and repeat also the might consider dropping engineers and building bridges between good points though for non army team don't know secure building and make it as visible as possible and pray for evac oh and radios army will use them

Confused and that seems unrealistic..... three buildings wouldn't contain anything, if NYC were to really fall to undead the simple way to contain them would to fell all bridges. The current in the water could sweep them away plus chances of an infected human or rabid-type zombie swimming across and living would be VERY low.

Request thread to be killed or locked, it is neither informative nor realistic. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

No worries there have been a billion threads like this and they have all died off so I'm assuming this one is going to limp off and join them. Do you find this valuable?

Well if u think about it if the island (long island) and other were to be cut off. it will just leave the NYZT stranded but in Mathattan it would be very dangerous. at least 1.5 million may be infected. Training is something else. I have fire weapons and know how to use them so it could help the NYZT to fight. And shelter is one of the things that is easy to get.just clear them out and Barracade it.

When you say teams. Do you mean making a team and going out to try and kill as many zombies as possible.

Or a team in the sense that you will band together and create a settlement?
