New Ammunition and Firearms Policy:
May 15 2010, 3:41 PM EDT
To cut down on the Bacon in Beacon, the following is being implemented for better gameplay. No stockpiling excessive numbers of guns without good reason, nor building fully functional firearms from scratch. Rare, but actual firearms are subject to individual approval. Every player will dump at least 75% of their ammunition into the community stockpile. They will keep track of their personal stock, which will be depleted by use during missions. There are no requirements for the latter - use your own discretion. When a player needs extra ammo, they request it from the storehouse. This way, ammo conservation becomes a part of the game, and we have an accurate count of all our resources. To clarify, post the weapons and ammo here, or under the Community Inventory page, rather than editing them in -that really slows down the process.

*radios in*go to my tent and you'll see 4 ammo tins. 2 with shot shells, one with .22 and one with 5.56. No one took those when I came back from the truckstop. There's a clip of .45 ACP that I don't need either, it's full. The .22's and that box of .357 - I need those. Everything else, go for it. *over* Do you find this valuable? |
