This is a quick and versitle weapon, with a smacking hammer head and a sharp blade for cutting limbs and prying open boards

This is a hatchet, not that that is bad, but you should know its not really special. Do you find this valuable?

I like the older ones with the stacked leather washer handles. I have a couple of the hatchets as well as the hammers and think I'm going to buy the next larger camp axe one I come across if not to pricey.
The hatchets are very common and can be picked up at flea markets for $5-$10 easy
