LOL, seriously though. A lot of civilian shotguns these days are equipped with choke tubes, either the removable ones or the ones that are built right into the barrel. What would happen if, say, you accidentally loaded the wrong shot shell and tried to fire a .75 caliber slug out of a shotgun that was equipped with a choke? Would the slug try to lodge itself in the choke tube?I'm pretty sure I can guess what would happen (the words "Spontaneous Self Disassembly", aka Explosion, come to mind) but I freely admit that I have never spent much time examining the inner workings or a shotgun, so I just wanted to ask in case there was some safety feature or something that I was overlooking. Do you find this valuable?
