Lilithlum, I have to ask, is there a specific scope you are looking for if you already have a weapon in mind because I was wondering if you were looking for a weapon that had picitanny rails or are you looking to do custom work? Also what caliber types do you have alot of experience in? Is it more like 9mm or .50 AE or .40? Maybe 5.56 or 7.62? Do you find this valuable? |

Also in response to the responses on my post, Ok I got a coupel of weapons that can trump the pathetic excuse of a rifle known as the AR. The first one is the classic M-3 Grease Gun because when Z-Day comes around and you have enough ammo and the M-3 with you, you will be well armed because of its ruggedness and dependability. A second option would definitely have to be MP5 or pretty much anything from Heckler and Koch. I mean the proof is in the records that the Austrian gun company has on record is quite amazing. A third option would have to be anything from Israeli Weapons Industry. If you are looking for a dependable rifle and you are a good sniper, look no further than IWI. Also I have shot the .223 round and while it can be a good round, the weapons that use it can be unreliable. Do you find this valuable? |

"If memory serves me correct, there were several Russian women during World War Two that fired both of those rifles and were probably the same hieght and weight and the woman who asked this question."All that analogy proves is other people can do other things, while I am sure she is capible of fireing both of those waeapons, are they the most practical choice given their ling length, heavy weight, slow rate of fire and heavy recoil. Do you find this valuable? |

Really seriously??? I have shot both and 3 MP5 varients, I happen to love the Grease Gun great insife of 50 yards, outside that it is abot as accurate as buckshot, and how pray tell does someone obtain class 3 weapons like that without spending $$ to $$$?? you should know your stuff before you call people out. Do you find this valuable? |

Vietnam? And I'm not even going to get into comparing an M3 or an MP5 to an assault rifle... Do you find this valuable? |
