trekkiefan10's Plan

In my plan I guess I would travel in a group of eight, not too many, not too much. We would travel by any means possible including boats and planes if necessary, but manly by vans or army trucks. The best bet would be to keep moving and not stay in just one place like in the movies, that way there is a better chance of getting to a safe zone where other survivors are being evacuated to safety. Depending on what type of Zombies the World will be facing, there will be a 50% chance of five survivors surviving from the running infected and 80% chance there will only be two deaths from the slow ones. Food is another worry, the best bet would be to stock up on canned and dry foods plus plenty of water. The more water, the longer you'll live. There would probably be two separate groups when searching the area for supplies, such as four survivors in each group. Ammo will be very precious to stock up on as well as first aid kits, make sure each person is carrying at least two Med-Packs. Heavy duty flashlights will be needed with plenty of batteries, don't want to have an empty flashlight while going through the woods! Also make sure you connect with each survivor, you will need friends in this zombie-infested world. I hope my plan has helped you. Good luck when the fateful day arrives in 2012, and the undead start to roam the Earth. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Some people think the end of the world will be in 2012.

Welcome to the site.

First order of business: you need to break up your wall-o-text so that it makes it easier for others to read.

I'll start with food and water, since you realize it's importance. You need to start stocking up now. And you need to determine how many people you are making supplies for. Make a plan to transport the food you have if you don't plan on remaining in one place. Consider, too, what will you do for long term survival once your stockpile is depleted.

Ammo, first-aid kits, flashlights and batteries also need to be readied before the shtf. And again, determine the number of your group. Or you can advise your members to start stocking their own supplies now if you don't intend to provide for them.

If your plan is to keep moving, you will need to figure out a plan about when will be the best time to move after the shtf, how often and to where. And make a plan that doesn't include any government officials evacuating people to safety.

Find out about acquiring your boats and planes and trucks and the fuel needed to power them, and find that out now. After will be too late.

In addition to Kinelta's advice, I'll add that if you plan on traveling by plane or "army truck" you need to own and know how to operate it now.

Because its said on the 21st of December 2012 the World will end, I don't think so. It will actually be the beginning of the Zombie invasion. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

no, that's the asteroid impact date.

Wait, the solar flare/Earth cook-off contest date (hint: we lose).

Oh, and then there's the 'Thundarr" scenario which is like the asteriod impact.

But could also be that alien invasion.

Or maybe it's when Maricely & I meet up and the resulting combustion causes reality to unravel with time loop portal cascading into oblivion.

Take your pick.

Thats an interesting choice of things that might. Its either going to be an Alien invasion or a Zombie invasion, but I'm sure it will be Zombies.

As I like when people are completely rational within their own reality would you mind elaborating on why 2012 and why zombies?

And where will you get your "army trucks"? Heck, if you got a dune buggy or a Dodge Sierra and put steel plating on the sides you could call it an APC. Be more realistic. I'm 12 and I realize that I'm not just going to find a shack in the woods full of guns and food... Do you find this valuable?
