Addonexus' survival plan

I live in a small village near jordan in New York i really have no way to a military base or anything of that nature so i would have to improvise a base of some sort.First i would load up on weaponry , radios and survival gear(camping,medical ect.) get my friends then go to the P&C now Topps warehouse it has gas pumps gates and doors heavy and strong enough to keep out the undead.From there I would seek frequencies till i find the military or proof of the military's exsitance then head there with my friends and some food so we can like bribe them to let us in or something like that and wait it out there. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. I doubt you are going to have anything the military will want, so bribes are unlikely to work.Military bases are generally not a good idea because the military is there, and you don't belong there, apocalypse or not. You would likely be turned around at the gates and told where to find a shelter. Find a location where you can be left alone, or maybe team with other survivors. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Personally, I'd stay far away from military bases. Even if you don't get mobbed by people, there's a chance that some soldiers will take your stuff (I mean no offense to our men and women in uniform. They're just doing what they have to.)Where are you planning on getting weaponry and food? I always say that it's better to stock up BEFORE Z-day, that way you don't get stuck during The Panic. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I already have some of the things i need but i would probably raid all the smaal stores for the things i need i live close to guns store,a hardware store(with guns) and a market with basic first aid things.I would most likely encounter little zombie resistance since the population of the town is at most like 150 people.Thanx for your input and as far as the fence goes i know someone that works there if he is still alive he could open the gates.

If anyone is interested im going to make a serious zombie survival vi on youtube no comedy like the stupid ones it will include info on zombies good easy to obtain weapons and long term survival skills like nav.,farming,ect.

Post Z-day, DO NOT go to the gun store. There will be mobs of people there, and there's a good chance you'll end up shot by some guy who thinks you're a zombie. Your town only has 150 people? Interesting. With that few, you have a better chance surviving there than, say, the military base. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Don't raid *anything* at all, gun stores or otherwise. Why can't you get a gun now? If you're too young, get a melee weapon and learn to use it. In the meantime do some research on firearms so that when you are legally able to buy one you get the one that's best for you. Ironhand is setting up a course of sorts on building and learning to use a survival kit, on-going for the next year. i would stock my gear up and get on top of a school up there i could snipe out zombies that are close plus there is so much space up there you could just keep stocking your supplies up i would also build a shelter on top of there to sleep in i would post signs around the area for survivors to come to here for help and a place to live later i would cement the doors and windows and partially move down there so i could more supplies and people down there evetually i would put up a barryer around most likley cement so i could let in and out people but keep zombies out and then wait it out. or i would just move to the wilderness or to an island off the oceanDo you find this valuable? |
