Tactical Frisbee!
Aug 21 2010, 7:23 PM EDT | Post edited: Aug 21 2010, 7:24 PM EDT
As odd as it may seem such a product does exist and so do lots of other curious toys to pass the time.
All ranging from olive drab to acu complete with pals webbing.
Strangely enough these toys are multi purposed and I wouldn't mind packing the frisbee/seat cushion or the hackey sac. Add the football/stuff bag and baseball and you have the entire set :)

All of these things are from Granite Tactical Gear. I thought i'd share this curious find.

Feel free to comment if you would be willing to carry one of these toys or add any other toys you may find :)

Every time you say "Toys", My mind falls into a gutter somewhere. But that is actually kinda cool. I guess soldiers have to have entertainment besides pornographic magazines huh? XD Do you find this valuable?

Honestly, VK, when I saw the thread title, my mind flipped to Oddjob's throwing razor-hat from James bond. I imagined two guys playing frisbee, and one accidentally cutting his fingers off XD

Oh, and sorry I wasn't here last night. I was making an idiot out of myself at a concert. They should have known better than to call me up to the stage. (To be fair, it was a small concert; onlt about 300 people.)

i thought of a frisbee with C4 on the bottom of it, and 2 people working in concert by one throwing, the other with the remote detonator and when the frisbee gets close to something the feeder trggers the C4, hahaha

Exactly!

Or maybe a steel frisbee made with a heavy blunt edge for skull crushing.

Look Ma, No teeth!

A Chakram was a little know Indian weapon, from chakra meaning circle. The Chakram was a hollow ring Frisbee with the outside edge sharpened and thrown using the inside edge.
This sounds extremely tricky to use and would have to be heavy as hell to disable a zombie. More useful perhaps was the 'full moon' or circular knife I saw in a museum in India, the blade was a bronze ring, a padded bar across the middle forms the handle. It shrieked 'dangerous!'
