Having problems

I'm trying to update my profile and when I push on the Easy Add button nothing comes up for the template and when I try to type anything it doesn't show what I'm trying to type. What's going on and how do I fix it? Do you find this valuable?

the sites infrastructure is down at the moment, no one can edit anything

the problem that I can tell is that the windows are popping up 'behind' the main frame in the middle Do you find this valuable?

I thought that problem was just my computer that has a stick up its ass. But apparently its WP that has a stick up its ass. Do you find this valuable?
