Yes we are. Currently we have 2 entries and I hope to add mine to the list shortly. LJ126 has informed me he has something in the works.

I really would have liked to have seen more intrest. A drawn up concept was completely acceptable. I'd like to see at least 10 entries. All the people here who wanted to share thier ideas please step up if you want to share an idea.

Its all in fun.

"Does Rocket Propelled Chainsaw count as melee, ranged, or both?"
I was thinking about a sledgehammer with a small landmine taped to it or attached like a cartridge. Brute force and directed shrapnel/shockwave

I want to submit a new picture of my brass axe. I removed the old handle and hand carved a new one out of African lace wood. The new handle really compliments the brass axe head. Do you find this valuable?

you get a thin grinding wheel and you grind diagonally from both sides of the machete until it looks like that.

Wouldn't the rotation of the chain throw the rocket off balance (Assymetrical Gyroscopic rotaion)? And when it hits the Zombie, it would just kind of dig in a little bit, give a good blunt impact, and kind of fall off? It wont keep digging in and cutting, sounds like youre better off with a heavy sharpened trash can lid/frisbee

So use two chainsaws mounted together so that the chains counter rotate against each other. This should ballence the "projectile".

Helicopters that have counter rotating blades do not need a tail rotor. It's the same principal.

Here's a weapon that is very easy to make. Take a pitch fork with good, stout prongs and bend all of them off except for one (I did this with a vise). Now, you can modify the opposite end of the shaft as you wish in order to suit a style of knocking a zombie off its balance and then stabbing it through its eye socket. My "butt", if you will consists of a baseball bat type of end (basically I removed the handle and then sanded the entire shaft of the pitch fork so that it got fatter at the butt end like a baseball bat) so that the pitchfork can be swung with and hit the zombie with this end and push it over. It may be adviseable to put a band of steel on your blunt end so that it balances with the head better and is more stable. You may also leave two prongs on if you have enough space on the head. There you have it, a nice, cheap weapon that you could make out of a common tool. With a partner you could disable serveral ghouls in short order if he knocks them over for you and you quickly stab them and move to the next. My pitchfork really feels great in my hand when play with it because of how I lightened the sanded the shaft to become thicker at the blunt end. If one was to make this weapon from scratch , I reccomend making the piece of metal that the prongs jut out from thinner than on a standard pitchfork because it is designed for supporting multiple prongs and not just one or two and adds weight to your zombie killing weapon. This is not very effective against running zombies, I assume, although it could kill one runner if you are fast and have a good butt end design. I call it the Pitchfork. Tell me what you all think!
