Mortals
Aug 29 2010, 1:08 PM EDT
ZOMBIES AREN"T GOING TO LIVE FOR EVER!!!!In my last post, we all agreed that zombies are a disease, so the host would harbor the disease and it it multiply on the host. The host is only an infected human, they would die after 1-10 years (depends how good at survival they are at) The dead host would still harbor the disease. The point is zombies don't live forever. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Or if they even die at all (other than from being shot)."it is not possible for anything to be immortal, only energy can exist forever 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"yea, but it's not like they well rise from the dead, not gonna happen, no offense."Oh? I fail to see how you can say definitvely what traits an (at this point) imaginary creature will have. At this point zombies don't exist. If they ever did that would equate to a lot of rewrites for the old rules. Zombieism would not be relegated to a disease. It could be parasitic. Point being that no one here can say with any solid authority what zombies are, what made them, what drives them, or wether they even take dumps or not. Nothing is definitive here. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Do you think skeletons or rotten meat will be running trough the streets. sorry to disappoint you, but if theres a chance that zombies may exist then they won't be people rising from their graves Do you find this valuable? |

""yea, but it's not like they well rise from the dead, not gonna happen, no offense."*sighs* Right now we also *know* that zombies don't exist. Centuries ago we *knew* that the earth was flat. Every bit of science is only solid until the next new discovery and I see no reason why that changes here. Point: You CANNOT say what traits an imaginary creature will have because who the hell knows how many rules their existence will break? ~Note: I'm not saying they can happen. I'm saying that you can't say definitvly that they CAN'T.~ Do you find this valuable? |

I know they won't rise from the dead. I wasn't clear, sorry. I know it will be a disease or nano, zombies might happen.

"*sighs* Right now we also *know* that zombies don't exist.from that POV, then you're right, there is not such thing as "true" the only thing you can be sure of, is yourself Do you find this valuable? |

"from that POV, then you're right, there is not such thing as "true" the only thing you can be sure of, is yourself"Well show me one thing on the planet that's guaranteed. The difference is that a zombie is imaginary....until one shows up. Then some rules get changed. It happens in the science community all the time. Tao: I await your video evidence documenting the traits of your live (relativly) zombie subject. Until then words like "won't" and "can't" cannot be used here. Do you find this valuable? |

"Well show me one thing on the planet that's guaranteed.I don't have evidence. It is logical if the zombies are a disease, they need a host. Any human host of a disease that is dangerous tends to DIE!!! Examples: Black Death, Swine flu ( for the few that didn't get a vaccine), polio, smallpox, cholera, Ebola, malaria, influenza, and our fav........... Face it mac at this point YOU CANNOT STATE ABSOLUTES. It's like stating absolutes about Nessie. No specimen = no absolutes about it. At this point no disease causes zombieism and if it did it would change everything. Your absolutes cannot handle a mythical creature. Do you find this valuable? |

We just had the worlds first Zombies up here in Wisconsin. A high tension powerline broke and fell into a graveyard...It re-annimated several courpses ( courpsi??) which dug out of their graves...We shot them several times before we realized that the bullets had no effect. The high voltage had turned them into pure energy ( making them immortal).. we finally stopped them by dousing them with salt water from a couple supersoakers, which shorted them with the ground and dissipated their energies. (Ha, rose from the dead, Immortal and no disease) Do you find this valuable? |
