30.008054,-81.612968 is near a bar, and quick stop gas station. Small building made of block and concrete. hardware store nearby too. Country setting not densley populated. Probably only suited for nearly 100 souls. contact eagle 59 on cb chnl 35 or 14 depending on atmoshpheric conditions.

site contains fishing, groceries, bar, light hardware store and minimal residential housing.
