Location: 1LT James McConnell Army Reserve Center, 420 Electronics Pkwy., Liverpool, NY 13088
Look for the large chimney/ smokestack.
Signal: Flag flying from side door = someone is there. No flag = deserted. Overrun with the undead = STAY AWAY!
