You've got a great on foot escape plan. If the water tunnels are large enough I'd start storing equipment and supplies in water tight containers such as ammo cans etc. also does it lock? if you can seal the door and leave a noise maker such as an air horn or a car alarm at the locked door, the zombies will all bunch up at the door and won't notice as you silently slip away with you're prepared supplies Do you find this valuable?
