I'm only 14... I can do about 40-50 depending on how hard I push myself. Were would I place? I know this is a military chart so that its 17+ but could I atleast get a estimate?

I don't see how you want us to discuss this at all... It depends on the person but I would say try to work up as high as you can. Do you find this valuable? |

Heya Eric, that's really good, keep it up! =^_^= By 15-16 I could do 95 or some such but from what I remember 40-50 pushups was a pretty rare ability in my gym class. Only four people in the class of at least fifty could do more than 20 =^_^= So that's pretty good. Keep it up =^_^=There's always room for improvement in muscular endurance (Even for you older folks out there, your lactic threshold can still be improved!) and it might be good to play around with how you place your hands against the floor while doing push ups, get different muscle groups involved and such. Then just be sure to also work out the legs and cardio while reading up on health and diet to keep yourself well rounded and healthy. Strength isn't everything =^_^= Do you find this valuable? |

O.o 95 in 2 minutes? Nice, doubt I'll be able to do that, but I've been trying to work on the different muscle groups. I'm not excatly the most inshape kid, but I'm trying to get better at cardio mainly, for being able to run long distances. I like the =^_^=

"I don't see how you want us to discuss this at all...I wanted a percentage... it only goes to 17 years old on the chart though on other charts it goes to about 13. I'm trying to hit 80% on all the charts. Darn I double posted. Do you find this valuable? |

Awwwwww, then the =^_^='s like you too! yeah, don't worry too much about the double post, I don't think it damages the site or anything. =^_^= I don't know about the two minutes part, maybe but I think it might've been all you can do without stopping. Going for cardio is great =^__^= I'm sure you'll get in shape. Just be sure to keep your body fueled with everything it needs to make the changes. =^_^= Do you find this valuable? |
