Zombieplan of the day.
Sep 27 2010, 9:29 PM EDT
Let me start out by saying that WHEN not IF the undead will rise I for one will be ready!I will, with my trusty old 12-gauge in hand, make it to a WalMart. Your local WallyWorld has all that's needed for any type of zomie catastrophe: - Food and water. You will NOT make it without these crucial supplies. And my friend Wally has lots of it... dont matter if you are into canned goods or if you fell like baking a cake ol' Wally can help! Need something to cook if all up with? Grap a gas- or coalheated bbq-grill in the next home supply department! - A good strategical defence. Wally built his house of brick like a good little piggie should! - A well-stocked sporting goods department. No matter if you prefer to blast thoose flesheating bastards with a 12-gauge, chop 'em down with an axe or even split their heads open with a baseballbat Wally got your back covered. - Medical supply. Since it's a well documented fact that any zombie infestation will also bring with it other than leathal injuries. One never has to worrie about hard-to-get items like antibiotics as long as Wally is around. - Vehicles and repair. To create and maintain those jeeps, SUVs and trucks that we all picture ourself in when the zombies strike Wally has a whole service department. - Access. My buddy Wally is not hard to find. Basically you can throw a rock at random and you are not unlikely to hit one of his fine establishments. The list of the WalMart advantage could be made longer but this narrator is on a killer nightshift right now... but please comment on my thread! 1 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

Hit up WallyWorld After work 2x a week to stock up on what you need/want/think is important BEFORE ZedPoc Type "WalMart" into the search box. You'll be astounded at the number of people that say 'WalMart is my first place to go..." Many of them will (a) have a trusty old 12-gauge & (b) other friends with a trusty old whatever. "God what would i do just to find a fault in anything Pedro has wrote"You probably can find faults. It's just that he knows they're there and he has a flawless arguement against each and everyone of them........ 95% of the time. Do you find this valuable? |

awsome only you and 10,000 other people within a five minute drive have the same plan. In our society Wal Mart has more people there at any givin time than any church or hospital. Try again.

And if it's a substantial change, you get the credit. But, if I can argue against the "fault" and win, is it a fault? Difference of opinion, maybe. But a fault is something that's wrong, not a choice made over other choices. Do you find this valuable? |

"God what would i do just to find a fault in anything Pedro has wrote"Look over my plan. I'm positive (paranoid?) there are things wrong in there. Most likely on the weapon choices. Being from the UK my knowledge on the subject is a little limited. Do you find this valuable? |

my plan is a storage facility a lot less people think about it and it has plenty of resources and means of escape such as old bikes that can be fixed and almost no one thinks about that you might get lucky find some guns even or ammo and they are genially easy to defend or if you were a boyscout and have wilderness survival merit badge or other survival training (not including Survivor man Man V.S Wild those are fake) then you could just live off of the land both of which I am prepared to do :) oh ya welcome to the site Do you find this valuable? |

"If you find something wrong, let me know. I will happily correct it. And if it's a substantial change, you get the credit.I'm still not satisfied with your plan to make a pit-stop in Africa to buy 'revolution' guns from market-stall traders. Even if they are actually open for business, silenced bolt-actions and handguns, and silencers in general aren't "hand to a 12-year-old and you have a soldier" type weapons. @sk: I've taken the Boy Scout wilderness survival badge, and earned it. It's not at all difficult, nor would I be content with surviving in the wilderness solely with the knowledge you gain from earning said badge. I would say the hardest part was recovering from the two-hours sleep I got from sleeping in a shelter you made yourself. I could stay awake the whole day, but it was a s**tty night. true, but its still not the best merit in the world. I am in scouts right now, and i have to say that you need to supplemnent that wityh other training if you want to have the actual ability to survive in the wilderness.

"Why do you keep trashing Les Stroud? If you were stranded on an island and he walked up, you'd kiss his feet. "or anyone else with an inkling of what to do for that matter. @ skgingerkid: Les Stroud is probably one of the premier survival guides in the world, and that's not because he has a couple of shows on the TV. he was doing all this long before them and probably before you were born too. so all that "bull$h!t" he does has the weight of experience behind it. don't dismiss a technique out of hand just because it isn't the way you might have done it. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. "its bear grylls or however you spell it who is the fraud, hes been caught in hotel rooms while he was supposed to be "surviving" I've also seen thick rope which he shouldn't have had if he was real"It is Bear Grylls, you got that right He did spend sometime in hotels, (which isn't that big of a deal as seeing how everyone gets magically rescued) and he did receive off-camera support from his camera crew. However the second part is key because a lot of the other survival shows out there do the same thing, especially when they go out into the more extreme locations. So does that make what he teaches any less valuable? You be the judge of that. Do you find this valuable? |

They are both 'fake' to some extent, but at the same time, they both demonstrate legitimate survival tactics.@sk: I'm a Life Scout, going on Eagle. Earning that rank just looks too good on your resume to pass the opportunity up. Do you find this valuable? |
