zombies don't have to be undead (think voovoo zombies), in fact the most probable type to encounter in real life would be a zombie which is alive, but highly brain damaged, the cause (virus, parasite, poison, ect...) will release signals (or make the brain release them) that will make the host highly agressive. this would lead to typical "zombie behaviour" (shambling, lack of reason, lack of coordination, ect...). this is good news, they will be as vulnerable as any human. Do you find this valuable?
