This is very reliable, well thought out and from what you have, easily executed plan. One thing I thought though, is human scent, which zombies will be searching for. You can stop making noise. You can blackout your windows. Hell, you can put some meat as a decoy somewhere else. But how are you going to stop them smelling you? Do you find this valuable?
